Welcome friends!

Adult singles are a key part of our membership at Oakrnont. Over 40 are listed on the Sunday School rolls, and the vast majority have very important roles within the church - from serving on the Diaconate to participating in the Chancel Choir and its auxiliary ensembles, teaching of youth classes, positions of leadership with various teams, and active involvement with mission work in the community.

Single adult Bible study meets twice a month on Tuesday evenings, and the Good Samaritans Singles Sunday School class meets on Sunday mornings at 11 in Room 502. The class membership is far-ranging in almost every way, from age to participation in activities at Oakmont to jobs to interests outside of the church.

The Good Samaritan class regularly schedules events outside the Sunday morning hours, including mission work, retreats and social gatherings The more ideas for each the better!

The singles ministry at Oakmont is not only for the fellowship of friends but is for committed Christians devoted to taking the good news of God's love to persons in need.
