Our Drama Ministry encompasses people from all ages becoming involved in drama in all types of situations.
Our adult drama group, The Revelation Players, contributes regularly to our morning worship services with topical sketches to emphasize the theme of the day. They also work with our Chancel Choir, Orchestra, and Emerge Musicians to present special services during Lent and Advent. In addition, this group periodically produces a full-length production as a Dinner Theater or Dessert Theater. The group also travels to different churches and gatherings to spread the gospel through drama.
Our youth drama team, the Genesis Players, contributes during Youth Sunday and at other times during the year in conjunction with the Revelation Players. In addition, they serve with drama in the community and on mission trips.
Each spring our older Children's Choirs present a musical that incorporates drama. The children work for several months to learn the music, drama, and movements for the full-scale production presented at the church and often in a local nursing home.
