Sexton 
I became a member at Oakmont Baptist Church in 1995. I retired from the North Carolina Highway Patrol in 2003 and since that time have worked part-time as a sexton at Oakmont and with the Basic Law Enforcement Program at Pitt Community College. I have taught 7-8 grade Sunday School, been Chairperson of the Diaconate, and am currently a substitute Sunday School teacher and on the Diaconate.

I am married to Becky and have two children—Scott who is Assistant Basketball coach at Queen's University in Charlotte and Kelly who is a Marriage and Family Therapist with Personalized Therapy in Greenville.
