Oakmont Baptist Church has several groups organized for prayer.
Ministerial Staff: The ministerial staff meets weekly on Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. to go over and pray for the prayer cards that are turned in during worship each week.
Men's and Women's Prayer Groups: The separate men's and women's prayer groups meet weekly on Monday nights at 7:30 p.m. They enter through the door at the carport end of the building and pray together in their two groups for approximately one hour. Any and all are invited to join with these prayer warriors on Monday nights.
Youth: Youth and their parents meet in the Prayer Room on Sundays at 5:35-5:55 p.m. for prayer. Youth parents meet in the Prayer Room on Wednesdays at 7:00-7:30 p.m.
Women's Bible Study
Short Term Groups:
Throughout the year we have short-term groups that meet for special studies. In the past such groups have included: Children's Experiencing God, Building Blocks of Faith for children who are new Christians, Youth studies for new Christians, and studies in the late spring and summer for adults.
