VBS Adults

We will have two classes for Adults during VBS:  "Oakmont 101" and "Religions Around Us"

Childcare will be provided for preschoolers ages 2 and younger of adults attending a class or assisting with VBS.

Oakmont 101 topics will include:

• How Oakmont began over 45 years ago
  Some of our charter members will be present to share their experiences.
• Who are Baptists?
  What do Baptist believe?
  How are Baptists similar and differen from other Protestant denominations and Catholics?
• Ministry Opportunities
  Oakmont leaders share how our church works and ways you can be involved in Oakmont's ministry.

 

Religions Around Us

Students from Campbell Divinity School will present information about other religious groups around us:

• Sunday–Judaism
• Monday–Greek Orthodox
• Tuesday–Buddhism
• Wednesday–New Age
